Welcome…
On behalf of the entire company of The Masters of The House, I should
like to welcome you to our website. All of our wonderful singers are
life-members of one of the most exclusive “clubs” in the
world of musical theatre having played one or more principal roles
in a West End show.
It was after I had the privilege of attending the 10th Anniversary
Concert of Les Mis that I started planning the production that would
eventually evolve into The Masters of The House. Determined that this
show would not be just another mediocre “tribute to the musicals”
I set out to assemble a cast of singers and musicians second to none.
I can now boast that everyone of our singers is a true star of musical
theatre in their own right, and together they are as good a cast of
performers that you will see on any stage, worldwide.
May I also take this opportunity to bring to your attention a number
of other important contributors to the success of our show. Firstly
Dominic Barlow, our outstanding musical director, himself a veteran
of Les Mis; Nick Smith, our administrator and office manager at Epic
Creative Ltd and last, but not least, my wife Cheryl, who contributes
so much to the success of the show “behind the scenes”.
Whilst inevitably we must change some of our cast members from time
to time, The Masters of The House is really one big happy family with
our performers returning between their West End successes to perform
with us, time and time again. Fortunately our audiences feel the same
way and it is always a pleasure to meet regular supporters of our
show.
